This modular flake ice maker head produces dry, professional-grade flake ice in high volume and mounts on a storage bin (sold separately).
Flake ice molds around products and chills quickly, making it the standard for seafood and produce displays, healthcare, blended drinks and food presentation. A vertical cylindrical evaporator and oversized gearbox deliver consistent production with long service life.
Ideal for supermarkets, seafood displays, healthcare facilities, smoothie bars, laboratories and foodservice.
