This modular granular (chip) ice maker head produces moist chip ice in high volume and mounts on a storage bin (sold separately).
Chip ice holds 40-50% humidity, so it keeps seafood, produce and other perishables fresh on display and in transport. A vertical cylindrical evaporator, heavy-duty auger and oversized gearbox deliver long service life, and the machine protects itself against gearbox temperature, water level and ice level faults.
Ideal for supermarkets, fisheries, seafood restaurants, food processing, healthcare and sports medicine.
