This low-side remote granular (chip) ice maker contains the evaporator and compressor, while the condenser is installed elsewhere so heat and noise stay out of the work area.
Chip ice holds 40-50% humidity, so it keeps seafood, produce and other perishables fresh on display and in transport. The remote condenser is not included; the unit mounts on a storage bin (sold separately).
Ideal for supermarkets, fisheries, seafood displays and food processing.
This model uses R404A refrigerant.
